UPDATE 11:15 p.m.: The New York Post reports Perry is in stable condition.

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry collapsed during a concert in Brooklyn, N.Y. Sunday night.

Fan-shot video shows the legendary axe-man sit on a drum riser, stop playing and cautiously walk behind the stage. Some attendees posted on social media that Perry passed out and was revived by paramedics. The New York Post reports Perry went into cardiac arrest and was taken to Coney Island Hospital. He was later transferred to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital for an unspecified reason.

Perry, 65, was performing at the Ford Amphitheatre at the Coney Island Boardwalk with his supergroup Hollywood Vampires, which also includes Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp and Matt Sorum.

The band continued to play after Perry’s exit.

The Facebook fan account AeroFANatic cites an on-scene source that Cooper said, “If you notice one of our brothers is not onstage with us, he was very sick before the show.”

On Saturday, video of a gaunt Parry promoting the Sunday night show was posted on the venue’s Facebook page.

Hollywood Vampires are in the midst of an 18-date summer tour.

Cooper posted a tweet at 11:30 p.m. that confirmed Perry was in stable condition and receiving “the best care.”
