Atlanta breakout star Silento is known nationwide for his “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” song and dance, but the novelty took on a deeper meaning this week.

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta posted on their Facebook page that a young lady named Briana has been undergoing physical therapy for a brain injury sustained in a car accident. Silento’s silly-fun song has powered her through many of her sessions.

On Wednesday, Silento made a surprise appearance in CHOA’s rehab gym and, for the first time, Briana stood up out of her wheelchair and did the Nae Nae.

Silento had a few days off between his Sunday gig at the Fox Theatre with the “Let’s Dance” tour, which he is headlining, and a Thursday night show in New York City.
