2 Chainz’s philanthropy in his hometown has been widespread since the rapper rose to prominence the past few years.

Now, he’s donated a five-bedroom house to the Stensons, an 11-member Atlanta family in need.

The donation came from 2 Chainz’s T.R.U.Foundation and the sale of his “Dabbing Santa” ugly sweaters (if you still want one, head here).

The Stensons – nine children and two parents, some with medical conditions — were about to be evicted from their rodent-infested two-bedroom home.

Atlanta’s Progression Church “adopted” the family over the holidays and started a Go Fund Me page in their name; representatives from the T.R.U. Foundation were looking through Go Fund Me accounts and noticed the Stensons’ plight.

“It was just another deed that was in my heart,” 2 Chainz says in the video below. “This is just extending past the holidays as far as giving back… I’m looking forward to these kids growing up knowing that Uncle 2 Chainz came through…ya gotta have faith, you gotta believe.”

Watch as 2 Chainz greets the family and takes them on a tour of their new home.
